There are so many things wrong with this company from product to the head of the company....suffice it to say it starts and ends with the CEO who buried the 1sy round share holders in a massive R/S and by all that has transpired since the 1st one it sure looks like the 2nd R/S is on the way. The wait on the CEO's decision to do so should prove to be interesting.. remember the last one.... it was because he was going to uplist.
