What makes you say this? They need the new facility for this BASi material production, at least that's what the company says. Do you know something they do not?

The new facially has not (and will not) produce a single drop for MONTHS (I actually think it will not be operational in '15, but my sources say they may make by Q3) Still on enough time to complete Tox in '15.
