Cool, thanks Buccos. We're thinking it is good news. On the advanced date though, info only here.

We're on an Accelerated Filer schedule now (five 72 day quarters vs. for 90, still comes out to 360). Actually, haven't figured out the advantage there. The SEC let's accelerated filer's skip of the five quarters (WTF???). Held in the illustrious Congresse's JOBS Act of some session a couple of years ago (accelerated filer reporting requirements).
