Well That's the plain imo.No doubt in my mind milestones will be acheived in the future.No doubt Pfizers money is or is about to be banked but I also see fresh money cause for certain 8% on them preferred shares is well worth the risk to people that have risk capital and after FINRA approves the r/s there is no chance of a r/s for many years so the downside is little risk to risk takers.Smart money will play this imho.

I also see Tau being excellerated.As far as a merger/sale I think that was apart of the restructure.No doubt this if one can pull it off its the current CEO and again imho he already had a deal setup going into the 8k July 31.
