It's too funny that anyone would think investors who have bought in over the last say 6 years at .0001 would be the ones "SELLING" at .0001.
Believe me, they aren't the SELLERS. If anything, they are the BUYERS of the .0001 (who else)
You claim it is the "insiders" that are SELLERS, but unless they have more than the 28B shares O/S, they would have run out of shares a few years ago.
The "chill" would never have been lifted, had they not proved, "as far as they are concerned, there is only 28B out there". Any extras are "PHANTOM".
If NO ONE with shares is SELLING, then, IT MUST BE SHORTS THAT ARE SELLING (and BUYING) to make it look like shareholders are selling.
