I'm convinced that he had no right to file that 14C and that that act consisted of tortious interference or some other famdangle legal impropriety and that he had actually put himself in some serious and very real legal jeopardy. I think he had no other choice but to come to terms with Marsala, who is now officially my Hero of the Week. The case that Marsala brought against him was clear and convincing and The Amazing Vinny folded like the cheap suit that he is. I'll bet he was whimpering, "hey, can't we just be friends?" as he slunk his way down the courtroom steps.
