My Bad. That is the first RS I have seen that had the AS unchanged. The very last sentence in the filing has this which I did not see:

The Company’s authorized common stock is not affected by the Reverse Split. The new CUSIP number for the Company’s common stock is 381057207.

These pirates should be drawn, quartered and then burned for good measure.
