if u had read any of the past dd u would know Geo was doing the JV's books(jimmy was/is a CPA) and as per cwrn's complaint against Geo, Geo was allegedly commingling and withholding millions

thus CWRN could not file financials or uplist-Geo got nothing from TX case and is facing default judgment in CA case so even the crazy courts apparently thought Geo was the bad guy
