This, I believe, is the most likely outcome. BO and his cronies will squeeze every last penny they can before courts intervene. Feel very squeamish about leaving it up to the courts to decide the future fate of the US economy. Heck, they don't even know the definition of a man and a woman, LOL.

But, those judicial decisions—when they come and their appeals run out—easily could decide the shape and ownership for the nation’s mortgage finance system and, even, continued existence of the 30 year fixed rate mortgage.
