Its highly doubtful FINRA/SEC will approve anything to do with all the companies in the investment consortium. Doesn't look like any of them can get an official name change or a new ticker symbol.
A case of bad characters which have been previously spanked by the SEC would preclude FINRA/SEC from allowing anything these clowns want to do.
Even Hudson recently posted to this board and called it public information. What a goof!
