CEO's Lawsuits, Malfeasance and Lies (SEC Suspension?)

If an SEC suspension comes you could lose EVERYTHING.

Recently EKNL – OTC Pink Sheets (Public Company) has commenced renewed front load activity that will most certainly be detrimental to all the shareholders of EKNL. It would be prudent to summarize some of the ‘undisclosed’ information that was not revealed in the “Disclosure Statements” for the benefit of current and future shareholders of EKNL.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=EKNL&id=70211

On Page 9 in this Disclosure Statement for EKNL filed on January 8th, 2012 some of the declared assets of EKNL are 100% ownership of 2200525 Ontario Corp. This numbered corporation declares the following:

“Currently the assets owned consist of:
1. A first mortgage of $38,000 registered on a building lot in Wainfleet, Ontario, Canada and:
2. Ownership of a building lot valued at $143,000 located in Fonthill, Ontario, Canada”

According to the Ontario Ministry of Consumer & Business Services – Corporation Profile Reports - 2200525 Ontario Corp. has the sole director and officer as Rocky Dibenedetto and is a privately owned company.

BC Securities Commission – James J. Dibenedetto – Decisions & Orders:

The registered address of James Dibenedetto at this time was in Fonthill, Ontario. A naïve individual in public companies and corporate governance, James was acting on behalf of his older brother Rocco Dibenedetto in operation of this public company (Greenwood Environmental).

Rocco Dibenedetto – Greenwood Environmental – delisted:

James J. Dibenedetto declared personal bankruptcy in Canada on June 30th, 1999 (File No.32-106169) coincidental with the collapse of Greenwood Environmental as a result of the filing of false financial statements. Greenwood Environment (GNY) was delisted in Nov 1999 (VSE) and May 2000 (TSX Venture)

According to the December 31st, 2008 Disclosure Statements for Bryn Resources (OTC: BRYN) Rocco Dibenedetto was the founding President, CEO, CFO, Treasurer and Director (Page 10):

Rose Ting is the common law wife of Rocco Dibenedetto & sister of Lee Ting. Lee Ting is a 9.04% shareholder of EKNL. She is apparently the Assistant to the Consul General at the Canadian Consulate in Shanghai. http://cn.linkedin.com/pub/dir/Lee/Ting

Salvatore Piccolo vs. Rocco Dibenedetto, Richard C. White, & Ross Osmun

Richard C. White is also the uncle of Rocky Dibenedetto and brother of Rocco’s estranged wife Lee Dibenedetto (nee White). According to the court records Richard C. White had declared bankruptcy prior to the onset of this litigation. According to the court records Rocco Dibenedetto had misappropriated the life savings of an Italian immigrant (Piccolo) whom he met in his Jehovah’s Witness church on the pretext of investing his life savings in high return mortgages. The money disappeared leaving Piccolo, his wife and handicapped son without any financial resources.

Rocco Dibenedetto & Lee Dibenedetto (nee White) had six children Aaron, Bethany, Joshua, Marc, Rocky, and Ryan

Bethany Lennea (nee Dibenedetto) is the daughter of Rocco and sister of Rocky and 9.22% shareholder of EKNL. Rocky Dibenedetto owns 26.6% of EKNL.

Immediate family members of Rocco Dibenedetto control 44.86% of EKNL as officially declared. Rocco declares no share ownership in BRYN or EKNL yet is the main puppeteer in these companies. There are several civil judgments against Rocco Dibenedetto (and his current wife Rose Ting) and this may account for why they are not declared shareholders yet manage and control these public company businesses.

Rocco Dibenedetto’s brother (James) and brother-in-law (Richard C. White) were both forced to declare personal bankruptcy at the time of their involvement with public/private company businesses controlled and/or managed by Rocco Dibenedetto.

According to the court documents in the above referenced judgments Dr. Linda Keeton and Mr. Salvatore Piccolo were first approached by Rocco Dibenedetto on mortgage related matters.

A private company by the name of Canada Mortgage Investment Corporation (CMIC) is at same address & phone number of EKO International (EKNL) & Bryn Resources (BRYN) - 855 Brant Street, Burlington.

According to the Ontario Ministry of Consumer & Business Services – Corporation Profile Reports; Rocco Dibenedetto along with Rose Ting, and Edgar P. Warkentin were declared as the founding directors of CMIC. The archival website for CMIC states that Rocco Dibenedetto was declared as the Investor Relations contact as well as the Chief Financial Officer.

EKNL, BRYN, and CMIC, share the same corporate addresses and phone numbers. The phones are answered by Rocco Dibenedetto.

Ontario Court (General Division) File No. 96-CU-97757 (Wilfred Wong vs. Royal Aerospace and Rocco DiBenedetto) DiBenedetto misappropriated $20,000 in cash and failed to deliver an additional $20,000 worth of stock options in Royal Aerospace Corp to Mr. Wong. There is currently an outstanding judgment against Rocco DiBenedetto for $43,875 plus interest and penalties since 1996. Rocco DiBenedetto disappeared for years.
