If this is the case this is big news! The biggest fear for traders is buying in and then getting crushed by note holders converting into any rally or volume. if this can be removed then that will boast confidence this could run.

Seems from my take they needed to do what they did in past cause they needed the capital to get mines running, trucks, pumps, generators, etc.

Now they must have investors, NOT toxic funders, who want to see this suceed. The toxic funders could care less what a company does...they just slam the bid once their notes amture to get their money back...which i can respect. Who wouldnt want to get their money back?

But an INVESTOR unlike a toxic group like Asher will let it live and grow. that is how it was back in the day..an investor believed in a company and wanted to see it grow, these toxic groups in past years have just been like vampires sucking blood from shareholders by crushing small companies.
