So someone wants to buy AMD for
1) its uncompetitive x86 technology that's non-transferrable anyways,
2) its graphics technology which in a declining discrete graphics
market is ever less valuable thanks to 1),
3) its undifferentiated ARM server technology for a non-existent
market,
or
4) its razor thin margin game console silicon business long over
its NRE revenue hump?
