There are so many challenges with the post that I almost do not know where to begin. What if we start at the end? Scam? How so? What is the scam designed to do and how has it accomplished its ends? Since seemingly the largest shareholder is not involved in selling, who is involved and do you think Nasrat benefited? If so, how? Again, I hate to be redundant but it would seem that he has not made anything close to what he would if he brought Elite to the finish line. Not sure what some may think, but if I held that many shares with so much going for it, I am bringing the company through to the finish line.

Next issue...pumping? What, exactly (links or other supporting materials are welcomed) has been done that would be considered pumping by Elite? Merely reporting the results at Renshaw or doing PRs on successful BE tests, patents, or other notable events cannot be called pumping. Period.

What the FDA thinks is not apparent from any FDA pronouncement. Or, for that matter, from Elite (if Elite announces an NDA filing, would that be considered pumping?). To suggest that no news is somehow a problem is not apparent when viewed from the lens of the FDA website; which discusses at length the communications process the FDA employs when involved in negotiations and communications underway with a company. As these communications are not subject to public scrutiny, we do not know what the FDA has decided, do we?
