Exactly my point, thank you.

I had an issue a year or so ago, as did many other stockholders that communicate often, with how the CEO wrote his quarterly PR updates when filing financials.

The way he presented the info was hard to keep our attention with some points being missed.

I called him asking that he use bullet points to present key accomplishments and that all of us felt the same way.

"Joe, I listen to the shareholders and I will use your suggestion." He did Q after Q ever sense.

In this case, users are finding some issues, communicating with the company, the company says, "OK...gotcha, we'll fix it!"

Why sell more subscriptions only to have more users unhappy with the same issues?

Fix it 1st...daaaaaa...

A temporary "suspension" is all this is.
