I guess those that called the flurry of activity at Rancho (Placer wise) coupled with the short lived "Ask the CEO" as proof there was no deal were spot on. Since we already heard the Placer would be going in 30 days from the middle of December. How warm and fuzzy do you feel about hearing it again.....

Guess its all down to how real is the $4 million dollar payout is in March. Anybody handicapping that? Looking forward to all the recon we got for letting all those bidders crawl all over Rancho for near 3 months. Probably posting on the website any day now.

Ok so the Big F didn't bite what was the next best bid?
