I am sure he is busy looking for alternative financing since the three they blogged about likely fell through.

We know #1 lasted about a week before admitting it did not happen. Two and three are not final and we still have no word on if they are good.

This line from Thursday blog was an open ended excuse to delay Form 10 and financing indefinitely.

2). CREDIT LINES - The credit facilities that collectively will finance the Company's new release activities (including theatrical activities) appear on track and solid. Individual details will be released upon approval of each of the three separate parties involved in three separate transactions that comprise the Company's overall needs as specified in the Form 10 filing.

They seem to have moved on with the very next blog Friday. They seem super happy about nine titles they shipped with very minimal funds available and maybe a replication deal with some unnamed lab.
