Discovery Joint Venture Submits Industrial Hemp License Renewal for 2015
Marina del Rey, CA December 3, 2014, Discovery Minerals LTD. (OTC PINKSHEETS: DSCR.PK) is pleased to announce its joint venture partner, AB AGRO TECHNOLOGIES INC., have submitted their License Renewal with Health Canada to cultivate Industrial Hemp for the calendar year 2015.
Management of both Discovery and AB AGRO, have commenced discussions with additional growing partners to increase the total acreage of Hemp to be cultivated in the upcoming season.
Russell Smith, CEO commented, “ Our new JV partners in Africa are very enthusiastic about growing Industrial Hemp and processing the hemp Biomass into oil and other refined products.” As they pointed out in our preliminary discussions ; there is abundant arable land available with two growing seasons combined with a very low cost structure. Discovery et al will be closely examining the opportunity to expand operations to Africa in the next few months.
