The following gibberish was included in REVO's 17 Nov 14 late filing notification. Last time I checked the timely filing of SEC filings is a business matter.

Such delays are primarily due to Registrant’s management’s dedication of such management's time to business matters. This has taken a significant amount of management's time away from the preparation of the Form 10-Q and delayed the preparation of the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.

REVO is delinquent big time.
