$HPTG..This is HUGE!>>>Brazil...little reported but tucked away in the 10k:

"On January 16, 2014, the Company and Energia further amended the regional distribution and service provider agreement to include the exclusive right to market the Company’s products in Brazil."

Energia is distributor who helped ink first $1mm deal with Rutas Unidas in Mexico City.
