Especially when the CEO is the largest single controlling shareholder! Why wouldn't we believe he is doing what is in the best interests of shareholders?

Let's see ... He was able to extinguish debts, remove the going concern, and put the company in a position to launch it's ADT Drugs without having to give half the company away!
