I talked to the TA muliple times over the years and they said the same thing every time, 500 Million Authorized. I brought up the 10 Billion filed and they said, they have nothing added and 500 million was the A/S as of that day. Same thing over and over.

I will say, they approved the Reverse Split 200 to 1 and being on the pinks; they don't have to release any PR stating the effective date. They can just do it, that day and give no warning. That would SUCK. I would prefer a nice POP before the R/S. But we can agree, who the freak knows what's going on with WSHE or any of these Pink,Pennies, subbiesa and BB stocks. GL,,,
