I hope that's the case but the TA is updated by the company. The last article enacted by the company was that change to the AS and they never updated(or had to update) OTC or TA but it is fully executed and filed with State of CO. Seeing as they haven't done anything makes sense no one is showing the actual AS. Make no mistake it is the most recent amendment, is fully executed and those could unload whenever they want but JMO. If the company took them back there would be further amendments either rescinding or changing back. It sounds like you have done some investigation but If you haven't, may want to check with the company directly vs the TA. GLTU
