I can't say really. But it seems whenever there is something considered to be very positive, the specialist aren't shy about being in the press touting their findings. And it doesn't seem to matter much which phase the trial is in. If the findings suggest something significant, they're out front. It will be a good thing when the experts get out front and hang their reputations and the reputation of the institution on the drug/trial. Maybe DF gave the Company specific mentionables they can expand on...or their specialists can expand on. No idea what was requested and what the objectives are.
