Bankruptcy auctions are for the assets, not the liabilities! There may some minor liabilities attached to some specific assets, but not the majority of the debt/liabilities. The stock will be canceled when the bankruptcy is closed. Don't know about the asset no one wanted. If no one showed interest, then it's insignificant, regardless of how they ultimately try to dispose of it. Thanks for your help. I'm done here.
