I posted a copy of the records on Edgar,nothing fake about it!As for the slap the ask buys this week,they don't qualify for accumulation as by definition,accumultion requires a surge in volume and price ,neither of which has taken place for months now!!So before you accuse others ,you need to learn what you're referring to! There has been NO ACCUMULATION here,no private placement windfalls and those documents posted were accurate,maybe their purpose was in error as I agree the withdrawal was for the previous S 1 posted back in 2013.That said,this S1 is only for share selling by insiders ,nothing going to Camnowealth..,so how do they pay off their loans and finance the huge amount of money required to maintain their mining claims!
