not twisting anything but think you have been so why don't you post the filing that shows where they canceled their p&d promoters because had a year contract with both - one starting in 3/09 and the second in 6/09, and i saw absolutely nothing indicating any type of cancellation but did see a fairly significant amount of work done to get the stock listed so someone must have forgotten to mention this to the promoters and they had to pay them something for their work so do you know what it was? and again - if they are in fact still holding then why contract promoters which only brought the company/pps down?
