Not a shell that has been suspended - they are worthless.

A shell is a valuable thing to many... Cheaper than a start up and much, much quicker to get business running....

They would have to file a S-1 (registration statement) - there is just too much baggage with a suspended ticker.

If Tenkay is around he can go into more detail about what would be needed to resurrect a suspended stock - I just haven't seen it done any and have only heard about one company doing it.
