MacLellan stated that he hasn't worked with Radient since he resigned as CEO.

Gartner stated that he is not involved with Radient, either personally or professionally.

Provista pubished the science behind their tests, and those tests have nothing to do with anything Radient ever made or did.

And we have no proof that there is a Takeover Group.

So I have no idea what "time, money, and effort" you are talking about. I see no evidence whatsoever of anyone or any entity putting time, money, OR effort into a takeover of Radient.

If a Takeover Group exists, they are bumbling fools because they allowed MASSIVE dilution to occur, they allowed loans to default and penalty/default interest to accrue, they allowed the company to abandon its patents, and they allowed the stock they supposedly accumulated to become worthless through a share registration revocation.

So the "Investigative Longs" might as well start looking for someone to sue. That's the only way they might ever get something back from what has to be the worst stock investment anyone has ever made.
