IDIQ w TSA is imaginatory? One should have a good imagination to think so in this global terror threat environment. Even Glenn's package is very telling, if things were dire, DMRJ would not let any of those. In addition, a bad scenario would hurt DMRJ more than anyone else so bet on the fact that they will max the SP if they sell this company because of their converts I.e. They are in the equity whether you like or not.
