You might WISH that something was happening "behind the scenes" at Radient and AMDL Diagnostics, but I see no evidence or logical reason that anything is or would be happening "behind the scenes."

Radient is exactly what it appears to be: a developmental biotech that failed. Radient has no money or assets left, and the debt/insolvency prevents the shell from being attractive to takeover/merger suitors.

Perhaps Radient's previous Officers deserve kudos for squeezing an impressive amount of blood from this turnip. That is an accomplishment of sorts. Those Officers paid themselves generous salaries for several years before the well ran dry. Their other "accomplishment," if you can call it that, was racking up a disproportionately enormous amount of debt and losing a disproportionately enormous amount of money. This company has one device in their product line -- a blood test that the medical community shunned -- but they managed to lose $85 million two years running, borrow and spend $$$ millions, and default on those loans without repercussions?

It was a great story but we've reached the end. We can talk about the book but the authors shall write no more.
