I think we have a 70/30 chance of the judge agreeing that 4 years without a shareholder meeting is long enough.
If he decides to let the decision go to a formal hearing shareholders, and the jack and Shaun show will be given a few weeks to try and put together a compelling story as to why Exobox should not hold annual meetings as required by Nevada Revised Statutes.
