Bordynuik and successors duped nearly $65 million dollars out of investors to run his science project ....... yet you feel that just coming up with funds just to start some supposed pilot program is some proof of legitimacy.

By now shareholders of PTOI should know anybody can be duped out of money by smooth talk and grand plans. But for some reason Eco Navigation and it's unknown three principles are instantly exalted as legit if they somehow raise cash.

Who are the three principals of EcoNavigation? Interesting that nobody knows and they will not disclose.

It's also interesting that the first mention of this entity and any involvement is also associated with a pump and dump of PTOI shares and had every indication of leaked information to make that happen.

How come the plant is still idle over 3 weeks into this 120 day period ?
