I believe that's what he said ... that it's not a unity machine. Of course he also said that the diameter may be a "mute point". Unless the point is being made by someone who is speechless, it's probably not. It is however, likely a moot point because this thing, which has never been proven by anybody to work, is never going to be built; not by SWET anyway. So yes. The diameter really doesn't matter except to describe the ridiculousness of this thing.
