By James Fallacaro removing Corinne as an officer of GTGP in no way protects her from from the inevitable lawsuits against Jim,, or his company, GTGP. James Fallacaro does not get to run away from his responsibilities by his death, and his family should not be enriched at the expense of the GTGP shareholders who invested with him.
