XNRG has all of the makings of being a SCAM company.The conversation I had with Jerry over breakfast described forming Xun Energy as to not be a shell in order to lure some big Chinese investors. In regards to the exemption, The CMR contract should be considered a breach of contract, since no work supposedly had been performed.
