Or at least visit the Ruby again this Spring when it reopens and have someone he can trust show him those virgin gold channels that he has been told exist. Not being mean at all as someone suggested....

NBRI and Leo's future depends on NBRI miners finding enough gold in the Ruby to mine at profit. Just a thought! Leo will do what's best, I'm sure. He bought $30 bucks worth of NBRI...That's a start!
