I'm overweight this stock as are many of us... I will offer this to you... the price to sales ratio of ANY as of this Friday's close is roughly 1.5:1... this in an industry sector in which mundane average would be 4:1 and even a mildly successful entity would get 6:1... so the only way this low, low ratio is justified is if ANY is an absolute disaster of a company with worthless products... so now you have to ask yourself... why would Ericsson share a booth with Sphere 3d at a prestigious show if its products were worthless... why would Novarad incorporate glassware into its leading healthcare product and name it Novaglass... why would two large schools systems, Chesterfield County VA and New Caney TX choose glassware to resolve legacy software compatibility issues... why would a Texas educator tweet about the success of glassware in making their educational software istation work on Google Chromebooks... why would DELL put glassware in their latest, greatest server... why would Atos agree to work with Sphere... and now ProMark... Why would Cyrus stake out a 22% position in Sphere 3d, buying some shares on the open market at prices well above Friday's close, as well as offer very favorable financial terms... why would Credit Suisse invite Sphere 3d to present at its conference... let's not forget that ProMark played a signficant role in the rise of Nutanix... they have a reputation for integrating truly innovative products to solve the problems of their end clients... ProMark, Ericsson, Atos, Novarad, Dell are not known for latching onto worthless products... why did MSFT agree to license an embedded version of its product with Sphere 3d, only the 4th such license it has granted to date... dare i say i anticipate hearing more from MSFT in the days ahead... why did Eric Kelly, Stoney Hall, Michael Keen, Peter Bookman and other industry professionals choose to join Sphere 3d... it is not just us who must be wrong here... all of these others must be wrong too... if Sphere 3d turns out to be merely a mundane niche provider that produces a 125 million run rate in 2015 with decent margins and turning a modest profit it will get a 4:1 p/s and be worth 500 mil making our shares worth roughly $14 dollars each... i think the company is aiming much, much higher... but as long as you hold the odds of you losing your life savings is very, very small and a whole lot of us have to be wrong... including some folks who are much, much smarter and better informed than i am... good luck to you and to all of us... as always... jmo...
