It sounds impressive, but… I think the SEC has somewhat better luck collecting fines, but even so, crooks are pretty good at hiding assets.

What annoys me about SUGO is that the SEC seems to have decided to let the BCSC deal with it, although as you say, several of the perps are in the U.S. Hainey openly laughs at them. He's still promoting the stock, or trying to.
