Alberta Court decision in Sunpeaks Ventures investigation.

One of the ASC targets in the Sunpeaks Ventures investigation, Scott Beaudette, challenged the ASC's authority to investigate which led to interesting cross-border jurisdictional questions. He argued that any information shared with the ASC investigators should not be shared with the SEC and DOJ as it would be self-incriminatory. Since they refused to give him assurances they would not share the information with the US, he ignored the summons and refused to appear.

2 1/2 years later, the Court told Beaudette TS. Hopefully this ruling will move the Sunpeaks investigation forward.
