Oh man, the park along Ocean Ave. is littered with them. But I never walk in that park. I rarely go to the pier, so I don't walk by them. So to most locals, they don't really bother me. I usually go to Montana or the Promenade, not the mall. Sometimes my wife drags me to Fred Segal, but I do like Michaels restaurant too, or Toi on Wilshire. There are a lot of fun places in Sta. Monica. Just not Palisades Park.
