I did some checking, and the company has a lot of individual filings in terms of trademarks, especially for 2014. It appears that they plan to expand the Bikini Ready brand and add additional products in the near future, including additional dietary supplements such as health bars. On top of that, it looks like they may add a clothing line of swimwear (including bikinis, of course), skincare (cosmetic & skin protection), as well as sunglasses and other accessories for the ladies. Considering that Bikini Ready is being pushed this year, I can see this only a good thing. Also, I did some checking and found that they have close to 600 reviews for their BR gummies, so it looks like they've done a good job promoting that brand and gaining some feedback with samplers.

Last but not least, I was surprised to see a new trademark filing that didn't look familiar; as it turns out it was filed just a couple of days ago by Inergetics. This particular trademark appears to be related to the CBD line of pain remedy supplements, and is likely a sub-brand of the "Whole Products" line that can be stocked nationwide in every grocery store in America.
