No chance of a reverse merger. No CEO would R/M into any company with toxic death spiral convertibles. Especially one with as many outstanding as NBRI.

Those toxic death spirals would dilute the ownership of the merging company to nothing very very quickly.

Sounds like a rumor designed to get new buyers into this dead company to make the toxic holders more money.
