Uh, what experiments are those labs supposed to do? They can't have anything to do with testing to see if Ebolacide works, because that would require working with the Ebola virus.

With a still ongoing epidemic, are you suggesting that there is no place on planet earth to do an animal experiment or two ?. The EU, UK has BSL-4 labs, any of them could infect a couple of animals and see the effect of the drug. The argument that they wont do this because they have to work with ebola virus is specious and ignorant at best. BSL-4 labs work with select agents on a frequent basis, Ebola virus is no different from other select agents requiring BSL-4 practices.

Looks like some desperately want the company to fail, others have difficulty seeing beyond the obvious.

If the company is smart enough to invent ebolacide, finding a place to do a couple of preliminary tests is well within their capability. Do you think the company did some QA on the material before shipping it off for testing ?, if so how would they do it ?. One way is to give a couple of doses to a BSL-4 facility for testing, get some preliminary results that the compound works and then ship it off for formal testing.
