Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't the Series B convertible shares, that Solos hands over to Boost Marketing for an incredibly Steep discount, have to go through a "Restricted" period of somewhere around 6 to 12 months? Meaning they can't convert those shares until the restriction period has expired. Pretty sure that's what that potential Halt/Suspension thingy was all about just over a year ago round here?

Therefore. in reading the filings and seeing how many of those series B shares have been issued to Boost... Me thinks there's a really good possibility that Boost Marketing may already have enough series B shares to account for the remainder of SNDY's remaining less than a Billion Authorized Shares, and that we are now seeing said shares being converted as soon as shares are available to dump.. guessing that those shares are being distributed to "Booster Crew" at a cost somewhere between $.00005 and $.00015... they then show up in numbers to tout and unload their extremely cheap SNDY shares for an absolute minimum of 2x cost!

That's at least what my crystal ball is showing.. wonder if it's True?

BeauBeau thinks we'll finally get that SNDY news soon, (before Valentines Day!) perhaps after we see another 300 to 500 Million shares converted.. then those holding all those cheap shares will P&D/manipulate this POS to the $.0004 to $.0012 at best, and then spend the next few months unloading the remainder back down to $.0001/$0002 and eventually a No Bid just prior to RS #5! Any spike to $.001+ would be just like previous spikes and would be extremely short lived and very difficult to sell into.. unless sell orders are placed well in advance of "micro run"!

Thoughts?
