Your post makes no sense. Why in the world would they go all the way to an authorized share count of 250 billion if a reverse split was on the near horizon? A reverse split does NOT impact authorized shares. It only impacts outstanding shares. The level of 250 billion is so beyond reason that there must be a reason, but the reason is NOT so they can do a reverse split. The reverse split would have NO impact on the 250 billion level, and there would have been no reason to raise it to that level if a reverse split was coming in March...unless of course you are somehow speculating that the outstanding share count will dramatically rise before that time (by hundreds of billions) as well. That seems quite far fetched.
