Hey Carsmax nothing personal to you, but I'm done posting on Jerry's forum. All my post in regards to Jerry are posted to the SEC. Jerry didn't have to tell us it would be late, we would have found out anyway. Not like his telling changed anything. And being current for over a year is not a major accomplishment, that's what legit businesses are supposed to do. No reward or commendations for doing your job. If you want to run your company successfully, you will do what successful companies do. Make your filings. Bring value to the shareholders that have kept you in business. Anything less than that is unacceptable!
