Nah. It hasn't been "proven". I've made the calls and did the DD awhile ago, nobody listened then and I don't expect anybody to listen now. The only real thing about this ticker is, it's a POS dilution machine. They don't even bother filing reports with OTCM anymore. That's because these scam artists have made their loot and they're off to the next scam.
