Don't think Koos dilutes that much in RGBP, reason being, the Ichims getting common shares, the vesting schedules & per the T/A, O/S is the same, on both RGBP & BMSN. The preferreds got me a little anxious, but who knows, maybe that's to prevent a hostile takeover, since the A/S & O/S are still relatively small & given the potential.......
