It may take 1 - 3 years before we have Reduce-It results. If positive I think AMRN gets quickly bought out by big pharma. Good results will bring a good takeover offer...great results will bring a great offer. The stock price is low because the company may have to dilute (again) at some point. I plan to hold until either bankruptcy or buyout. With over 25 million people in the USusing statin drugs, assuming Vascepa is more than 15% effective BP might calculate something like this. 4% of the statin users =1 million people. That translates to $2 billion in revenues which would make AMRN worth 4 times projected revenues or $8 billion= $32 using 250 million fully diluted shares. Reallistically, BP would expect to capture 20% of the market,if not more as 70 million people in the US would be the potential market. BP would do an ad campaign that would be stunning. AMRN management has indicated it wants to make it to Reduce-It results without diluting. Why? Because that is when BP will want to buy.
